The king room on the first level was spotless and spacious, equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator.

The room was brand-new and included a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The facilities were clean. The beds were very comfy. The location was perfect, and the staff was top-class.

The building here is pleasant and the rooms are modern, equipped with comfy beds and air conditioning - all for a rate of $81 which is very satisfactory.

Convenient location, you can easily walk to nearby attractions. There's a good restaurant just a 10-15 minute walk away from here! 🚶‍♂️🍽️

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Wake Forest for a few days during a business trip. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of hot options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated having a fitness center to burn off those delicious breakfast calories. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell. While I didn't have a fridge in my room, I learned that you can request one. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and I want to give a special shout-out to the great service provided by Kim, Lisa, and Jeanette.

I do recommend this hotel.

The room was pretty clean, but it had a bit of a musty smell. It felt like they needed to change the air filter or give the carpet a good cleaning. The restaurant here was nice and convenient on the ground floor. 🍽️

This place offers a good value, the hotel is truly exceptional overall, the room is reasonably spacious, and they provide wake-up service for pets who have stayed here.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is next to a shopping outlet and in a shopping center nearby. It is also very close to the event I was attending, which made it perfect for me. There is even a Hong Kong Restaurant in the shopping center that is worth checking out.

One guest mentioned that their bathroom was not cleaned and towels were not replaced. Another guest mentioned that the room was small and not ADA compliant.

Very accommodating personnel and in all the times we have stayed at the Inn, we have always liked staying there. We have stayed close by at other places but always go back to the Inn. We'll be there again next year.

Would like to see tea at the 24 hour coffee table.

Location

Bathtub wouldn't drain. Had to call 2 days. No mini frig. I've stayed there whenever I'm in town. Always had a frig. Had to rely on ice machine. Stayed on first floor. That ice machine was broken. Had to go to third floor. Just a pain. Maid didn't leave bag or glasses for ice bucket. Had to get them at check in desk. Only 2 towels.

I had a wonderful and peaceful overnight stay at this place on my way to my destination.

Checkout is at noon and on the day of our departure we received 4 requests to clean the room between 10:00 and 10:30 am. The day before they did not provide an extra roll of toilet paper.
